Minister for Industrial Relations

The Minister for Industrial Relations develops policy and initiatives for industrial relations in Victoria. This includes consulting with Victoria's private sector on matters relating to industrial relations and leading Government participation in workplace related reviews and inquiries. It also includes overseeing enterprise bargaining across the Victorian public sector.
