14 Dec 2015 Wangaratta Chronicle, Wangaratta VIC (General News) THE State Government has granted $4500 to Wangaratta-based AFL North East Border towards its regional club planning program. Jaclyn Symes (MLC, Northern Victoria) said on Friday that the funding was part of $419,000 the government was sharing with 300 sporting groups through its Sporting Club Grants Program. Ms Symes also confirmed a grant of $871 to the Wangaratta and District Cricket Association for the purchase of uniforms.
