BENALLAP-12 College this week received $200,000 from the State Government to develop a socially inclusive outdoor area with purpose built playground that will support the needs of all students from years 5 to 9. Announcing the funding, former student and now state MP Jaclyn Symes (MLC, Northern Victoria) said the playground will be set in a sensory garden which will provide calm and inclusive areas to support students. Ms Symes used the visit to also inspect the recent start of construction on the $8.5 million upgrade and modernisation projects on the schools Faithfull and Avon Street campuses, due for completion late 2018. The campus will also have a dedicated GP facility. Licensed by Copyright Agency. You may only copy or communicate this work with a licence.
