In brief YARRAWONGAS new community hub was officially opened by Deputy Premier, James Merlino, and Jaclyn Symes (MLC, Northern Victoria) this week. The new multi-purpose gallery, exhibition and meeting space is in Yarrawongas 127 year old station building, which was refurbished thanks to a $600,000 State Government investment. The new community centre will be used by local groups including Yarrawonga/ Mulwala Artists Association Inc, Lake Mulwala Quilters, Yarrawonga Urban Landcare Group and Yarrawonga Mulwala Historical Society Inc.
