15 Dec 2017 Border Mail, Albury-Wodonga (General News) JOINT funding of almost $100,000 will support tomorrows Christmas party race day at Wangaratta Turf Club. Member for Northern Victoria Jaclyn Symes said the Victorian government would contribute more than $25,000 to the event and $22,000 for six newly installed practice starting gates at the course. The club is putting in more than $32,000 to the Christmas party and starting gates, while Racing Victoria ($15,000) and Country Racing Victoria ($4000) have also contributed.
