AN UPGRADE of Kerang Aerodrome has officially opened.The $776,000 redevelopment was unveiled by Member for Northern Victoria on Monday. It was jointly funded by the state governments Regional Aviation Fund ($626,000) and Gannawarra Shire Council ($150,000). Mayor Neville Goulding said the investment brought the aerodrome up to modern standards. Works included a runway reseal and installation of pilot activated airfield lighting control.
